Rating : - A very good cookbook
Just like his T.V. persona Jamie Oliver does a great job with this guide to cooking. It is really aimed at a British audience with its choices of fish, meat, veggies, desserts and idioms. It is still a great cookbook for Americans though, even if we don't have access to the same products exactly and the spice choices are a little off of American tastes in some instances, i.e. indian spices on the one hand and somewhat bland english tastes on the other. However, if you have an interest in European-style cooking, which is fabulous, you will love this.
