Features 1-touch quick steam release and a fusible safety device (a heat-sensitive alloy melts when too much pressure builds up, then lets out steam)
0-pressure device ensures that the cooker remains locked until the pressure inside drops to 0; it also ensures that no pressure builds up unless the cooker is fully locked
If there’s a blockage in the vent tube, excess pressure is automatically released downward
Made of polished aluminum with an extra thick base for even heat distribution; features ergonomic stay-cool handles with a matte finish
Rating : - Not much of a "pressure" cooker As a well seasoned user of pressure cookers, I was very disappointed in the performance of this item. It's performance the first time I used it to cook a pound of dried peas was disappointing to say the least. The unit never got up to pressure, no matter how much I worked with it. A second attempt met with the same results. I guess I just have a good pot now.
