My copy of this book is food-stained and you could probably make a good meal off the pages because I've used it so often to cook from. The recipes are superb, as is the writing -- if you're an old hand at pressure cooking, you'll find much you didn't know (Lorna Sass is the Queen of Pressure Cooking) and if you're new at the PC, it will be a quick way to become a pro. Don't listen to the horror stories of the lid blowing off -- those tales are as valid as the wolf under your bed or the alligators in the sewers. Highly recommended! + See Full Customer Review |  |
