I ordered this book because I needed information on Pressure Cooking that is reliable. The recipes are straight forward and easy to follow. From easy to more complex recipes, You can find just what you need. Sometimes I need to know how long to cook a certain meat... What is the prep I need to do...How to cook legumes...soups....etc. This book has it all. I am very pleased to have purchsed it.
