A staple for even the sparest kitchen, this five-piece set of measuring spoons from Trudeau makes a great present for the first apartment of a recent college graduate. With 1/4-, 1/2-, and 1 teaspoons, along with 1/2- and 1 tablespoons, the set provides the basic measuring spoons for any recipe. Made of resilient ABS plastic, each spoon handle has a hole so you can conveniently hang the spoons on a hook, or store the set on the included plastic snap-on storage clasp. Teaspoon and tablespoon measurements are clearly printed on each spoon, as are the metric measurements for easy recipe conversion. The set is dishwasher-safe when placed on the top shelf. I love how these spoons are made. They are thick, so they don't break easily. I just wish that the spoon had a measurement of one-eighth tsp, but other than that they are great utensils. I will probably get the cups sometime soon. I received the spoons in a matter of days.
